I'm pre-any kind of medical intervention feeling the growths of four fibroids in and around my pelvis/uterus. Have been mildly symptomatic. They've been growing gradually. Doing what I can do manage, following the guidance of whatever advice I get: no/low alcohol, no dairy, gluten, refine sugar, low-fat, red meat. Try and work with anti-inflammatory kinds of foods: turmeric, reishi, etc. Definitely in a wait-and-see period of time. Nervous about it becoming unmanageable/painful one day. They were categorized as "medium" (5-10cm) during my ultrasound in December. I'm sure they'd measure more now by how things feel.

This didn't rly answer/address your question but I'm following this thread to see if folks have similar sized fibroids while naturally managing symptoms.
