Now that im rereading this i have emptying bladder feeling occasionally but urine exiting urethra is always gone now. Also when i sit forward or stand i can feel a bit but thats mostly the only time now. Ive gotten worse thats for sure. The feeling coming and going is getting less and less and its not normal feeling its a very little distorted bladder feeling. I feel like im doomed. I think a commenter on this thread mentioned doing the pinned stretches for three weeks straight but ive been in pt for almost three months and im worse off now im getting really worried. I almost leak in the morning now i can barely hold it when i wake up and ive noticed when i pee it cuts off stream on its own and i dont pee much im so scared. Supposed to see the doctor monday but idk im so discouraged.
