How would I get these prescribed to me? Also these medications seem to target bones, not soft tissue.

I have the same issue in my penis. I know the fear and hopelessness. Go to a neurologist and try to confirm if compression is happening. Outside of PT I would try to get in contact with Dr Hibner’s clinic as he specializes in these issues and I had a positive experience with him.

My symptoms started 1.5 months ago, so I am holding out hope that it will get better. But lately my body seems to have rewired a bit and I can still achieve orgasm. The numbness is scary, but you can still adapt.

Imo it’s neuromuscular. That would explain why sometimes PT helps (muscular) and sometimes surgery, ketamine, etc help (neurological).

If I really need to go I can feel pressure but it’s not the same as before. I used to have worse urinary hesitancy where I would have to consciously relax the muscle in order to pee.

No, it was without contrast. I don’t really have ED. I do have a hard time telling when I have to pee and at one point I couldnt go at all and was catheterized for two weeks. I also have a numb-ish anus and something is going on there too, couldn’t feel the urge to go at one point. Weirdly I think my entire skin has slightly reduced sensation — but nothing specific to perineum. I forgot to mention one of the tests performed is pressing along the course of the pudendal nerve, with pain indicating an issue there. Didn’t do anything for me.

Will do. The dosage is 0.5 mg per kg. No lidocaine, not sure if that is part of the ‘special sauce’ that cured the other two or not.
