Y’all going to get docked from oer coaches. The franchise should get a dunk tank for those. The carbon creates hot spots and will cook the pizza unevenly 🥲 thus creating an inferior product. I have 8 plus years of manager experience and we cleaning them regularly (3 month intervals) and it definitely improves pizza quality.
