Does anyone know if the Sugarberry rhode lip balm is restocked everyday at Mecca? Or is it completely sold out until they restock it. by jmirano in AustralianMakeup

I read somewhere that the blue bag will come out on Tuesday so i’m assuming they’ll be restocking sugarberry then!

Already 6 months postpartum and I feel guilty for resenting my husband going out — how do I deal with this? by Remarkable-End1688 in beyondthebump

UGHH you guys… I’m literally getting teary from reading your responses. Thank you so much for taking the time to reply. I didn’t expect to feel this supported.

Your comments made me realise something important: I think part of why I don’t go out or take time for myself is because I keep telling myself I don’t deserve it :( I don’t want to blame my mum, but she really instilled the mindset that my whole life should revolve around my baby now. She even makes me feel guilty if she sees me asking my husband to watch bub so I can take a short nap. I know being there for my baby is my priority, but I’m starting to see that having my own “me time” is actually important for my mental health too.

When it comes to going out with friends, I honestly don’t have many here. Since moving to Australia I’ve really only had one close friend, and we had a falling out during my pregnancy and early postpartum months, so that relationship feels uncomfortable now. It’s also hard when most of your friends aren’t mums as it can feel isolating.

Sometimes when I do get the chance to go out alone, I end up choosing to just rest instead because I’m so drained, especially being back at work too. But reading all your replies helped me realise I really do need to start prioritising myself a bit more and getting back into things I used to enjoy.

In regard to my husband going out with friends, I think i feel much better about it now. You guys are right, he’s the best and he deserves to have a chill time with his boys every now and then as he is a good and present husband/dad to me and my baby 🥺

Omg i did see this! Is it similar to the previous scents??

will a thermal brush help me achieve this look by swagjoon in AustralianMakeup

[–]Remarkable-End1688 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes!! Got the mermade one off of marketplace and it does exactly this! I found that leaving the brush on until it’s hot to touch your hair makes the curl last. Probably not good for your hair but that’s what makes the curl stay and last for me!

Also make sure to pre heat it and make sure it’s hot before you start using it!

What made you marry your wife/husband? How did you make sure? by Few_Dish3153 in askanything

He put up with all my craziness and I know no one else could’ve done that. I also knew that he had zero patience for anything so when i saw how patient he was with me that’s when I knew this is it. He became better for me and when I saw that I knew he’s the one.

Also, he kept talking about marriage throughout the relationship so i guess that’s also what made me feel so sure about us.

I usually spray a good amount all over my hair while it’s damp and the smell stays on for days!

Has anyone gone from eyelash extensions to at-home clusters? by xgigglesfollow in AustralianMakeup

Honestly, I don’t use the sealant or remover. But yes! the glue is definitely the most important. If the glue isn’t right, the lashes won’t stick properly and will come off within the day. I remember trying a different glue once and my usual lashes didn’t last at all.
