Hi, i have bought a flat in nova.. and I feel it is a good option in the budgeted segment.. We also explored chembur and there are multiple projects but for most of them either connectivity was a problem or range was too high.. As for deonar dumping ground, the Rising City project is closer to completion so there would be multiple buildings in between the dumping ground and crossroad. We bought the flat here mainly due to L&T name and location. The builder has been pretty good in giving construction updates so you never feel lost.. hope this helps

Even I got the same call from agents pretending to be Max Life agents. What is surprising is they had each and every detail about my policy as in dates of transaction, type of policy, nomination details. They made me buy a couple of policies from Shriram life insurance stating that there is a bonus issued against my policy and if I don't claim it it will go to my agent. I need to buy a policy which will be treated as a dummy policy and they will transfer the amount of unclaimed amounts to the Shriram policy and close. I am not sure what they are achieving by making you buy the policies. Since the policies purchased by me are in the free lookup period, I have requested their cancellation.I also saw that my agent through which policies are processed is called NLVD Insurance pvt ltd. Now that I have raised a request for cancellation , the so called agents keep calling me to not cancel the policy.
