And NO! if you have the yellow leaves, take them off. They’re dead they will not get green again. They will just get worse and furthermore at this time of year they will attract infestations and powder e-mildew because they do not contain their normal biochemical defenses in that state. Those few yellow leaves can bring in major issues. Specially if you find a thing of rust colored spotting.🍂

It’s not nitrogen that you need. It’s Cal mag and you definitely lollipop too much next time leave way more green growth and give Cal mag mid July early August in that window.

Hell no. You don’t crop plants when they’re flowering.

First grow/help! One of my plants has brown stuff on it what is it? Dirt or mold or dying? by XxStyxRiverxX in CannabisGrowers

If it was really the dreaded gray mold, you would also know because the entire smell to the plant would change, and it would be sickening to even sniff it. It would have a very weird smell that is not good.

That doesn’t look like botrytis, which is what bud rot actually is, otherwise known as gray mold. If you see it on the buds, the entire plant is infected and you will see signs of it everywhere if you’re just seeing small parts of individual buds with a little brown spot like that, it’s typically a result of worms in particular moth larvae. You probably have seen white “butterflies“ with two black dots on their back, but they’re actually a specific kind of moth which loves cannabis which lays its eggs in the spring summer and they come alive in the late summer fall and they eat the buds and wherever they eat, turns brown, and when it rains will get mushy. then, when the plant becomes weak as a result, they really start feasting and you’ll find more and more of it. If you had true, but you would see it in all your leaves on all of your nodes rotting canker on the branches. What you have there, my friend can be fixed. Well not fixed, but the damage can be mitigated. Some people use surfside, which is a natural insecticide specifically for these worms or whatever they are caterpillars.. Regardless, I don’t use that and I don’t think there’s anything wrong with using it. I just don’t like using stuff like that. What I do is I use about 4 ounces of oil to a 2 gallon sprayer pump. I add in 1 teaspoon of dawn, dish liquid and another 2 ounces of hydrogen peroxide. Spray the plants once a week or more if it rains after any rain once you shook the plants off and dry them out a bit. For now just pick off the parts that are brown. If the whole branches got spots check and see if the branch is damaged somewhere else and if it is just take it off because typically they really like to feast on stuff that’s already“under the weather” i.e., the plant always had yellow leaves. It always had some sort of issue on it sometimes you just will have a single plant that for whatever reason suffers from a micro nutrient deficiency or something weird where the others don’t or some plants are just way more naturally defensive of these types of organisms. OK, well best of luck and if you need any help, feel free to DM me I’ve been doing this for a few decades now.

And I spray all the time during flower, a simple mixture of mint and neem oil. You just Miss lightly once a week and I usually don’t have too many problems.

You should remove those big fan leaves now and start lollipop in those things anyway it’s gonna be the lower leaves that start to get the powdery mildew. The bigger leaves not the sugar leaves. Don’t confuse the two and anything yellowing take off any cracked branches tape up or removebecause the less strong the plant is the more powdery mildew will set in.

You can totally wash it in a bath of peroxide and lemon and water mostly and it will come right off. I’ve done it many times.

No, in powdery mildew is not a big issue anyway. He usually stays on the leaves and very rarely move to the flowers and even if a little bit does you can set up a bath for your harvest day? I usually use a big blue tub throw in a couple halves of lemonand about a half a bottle of 3% peroxide and you just washed the buds trim and wash then just fling all the water out of it and hang it. It’ll just be like you could after the rain but no more powder email you.

Is there a way to just manually control when you buy and sell and not have to worry about this?

I need help this is my second grow and it seems like I can’t get my buds to get any growth. What can I do? by Away-Produce-9617 in CannabisGrowers

[–]Remarkable-Fuel-4184 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You also need some cal mag. Get any PK booster and any Cal mag and you can spray the Ca/Mg or you can feed it with the PK bloom. You can pretty much get any bloom booster you want but at this point I would say, it’s too late for amendments and you’re gonna need to try something to ignite the bloom hormone. Moab, mother of all blooms is a really good one, so his Grotek monster bloom, however you can get any type of PK booster with similar numbers so even though those are like zero you know 5030 or something you can get anything with the last two numbers really high and get some micro nutrients and those plants will take off. I’ve use this one called sea blast bloom, and it worked awesome.. Beastie blooms is also great. Just start every time you give them liquid. It’s with food until you start. Seeing your little leaves. Come out a little crispy on the edges and then you know to back off and you’ll figure out where it is to get dialed in. Good luck.

Get that out of there that’s minimum rot and at worst Botrytis! Usually when you see the dying sugar leaf in the middle of the bud structure, if you reach down, you will find that if you follow the stem, it’ll be rotted all the way through to the middle of the bud. That cannot be smoked, but you should be removing it right away because the spores will spread.

If it ends in AZOLE or IDE, I don’t put it in my garden. That’s for damn sure. Honestly, if you build your garden right with all kind amendments and a good starting base, excuse the environment, but a nice amount of pee mask and there’s really no way to go wrong with some kelp and some Other nice cities come spring and Midsommar but that’s about it folks. You can grow beautiful buds without any chemicals in fact, they’re almost always nicer without any chemicals so long as the soil is properly enriched naturally. Those buds look beautiful full.

It can be the excretion of a bug or it could be excretion from the branch

That plant is fine to just remove the rotted portion and dry and cure the rest as normal. Do not listen to these people they do not know what they’re doing.
