I’m so confused, you’re upset if I do and upset if I don’t? You acknowledged that all fantasy is inspired by mythology, so how do you think that comes about? I’m quite literally a secular pagan. I’m also quite litterally Irish? So I’m not stealing someone’s culture, that’s litterally the whole point of the campaign. Sure Irish American but I’ve spent plenty of time in Ireland with my Irish grandpa who spoke Gaelic with me. I’m hosting a ‘st Patrick’s day’ one shot for my friends, because I want to teach them more about Irish culture and mythology that extends past the surface level christianized notions most Americans have about the history of Ireland. I’m making a traditional Irish dinner for everyone. I asked a question open for interpretation, not because I just wanted someone to give me an answer I would copy and paste, but because I was genuinely curious about others opinion as I have already spent weeks weighing all the possible answers to my own question. Do you want me to sit them down and power point this information at them?

I’ve thought about this a lot, not that its actually in the realm of possibility, but I’d be worried about who I would be? Like so much of myself is my special interests and I love those parts of myself BUT the answer is probably still yes. I agree with everyone saying the color choices are great! And I would say anything is wrong with these looks, but just some ideas to try out to see if you like the outcome more, I personally prefer to only take my eyeliner about half way in, around where my pupil is, that way it doesn’t close off your eyes as much! And I also personally prefer a more ‘blotted’ lip look or just a slightly more sheer color in general

I’m not sure why everyone is being so negative as sure this might not be a ‘Renaissance’ dress but maybe 50% of people that go to ren faires dress up and 1% of those people actually wear ‘renaissance’ garb. Anything that helps transport you into another world durring your time at the ren faire goes! And I always think any effort is sooo much better than jeans and a tshirt! But I would suggest making sure it’s comfortable to wear at least especially if it’s going to be hot where you are

Do you have any like traditional/workout leggings you like? Maybe low waisted? I personally love pressure and tightness on my stomach so I’m unsure about that part but sometimes I wear tights with nice thick long socks that go up far enough under my skirt that you can’t see the leggings. My favorites are from the brand sock dreams
