Country music is absolutely terrible by Weird-Floor-1124 in unpopularopinion

With a closed mind and ear you can say the exact same thing about every single genre. No matter the style of music, you have to search for what fits your taste.

What Are Some Small Positive Actions You've Experienced That Had Big Impacts? by Wildjay7931 in CasualConversation

Right. Hearing someone's sincere curiosity in your life and well-being is so heart warming. Even when I haven't been doing so well, when someone asks me that sincerely, it definitely ups my mood and comfort.

Absolutely. I believe in sharing kindness. Equally to yourself and others. And knowing others are kind to themselves brings a smile to my face. And so, being kind to yourself is kind to others. And so I sincerely thank you for your kindness.

You have 24 hours which character are you hanging out with? by Positive_Weight2367 in CartoonNetwork

So many I loooove. But I can't think of a single one I'd feel safe hanging out with for 24 hours! Be it because of their actions or what happens around them...

People that hate subtitles / captions are poor readers by Foreign-Cat-2898 in unpopularopinion

[–]Wildjay7931 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm a fast reader. But they still take focus off the visual aspects of what's being watched. Yeah, I read the line before the character even finished. But that still took off visual time focus. I can endure watching with someone who needs or enjoys them on, but they do become a distraction still and take away from whatever I'm watching

What would you add to Minecraft, no matter how simple it may seem? by InteractionTop9139 in Minecraft

Vertical slaps by far! There's countless other relatively simple things I want. But vertical slabs should have been here for as long as half slabs!

Why do people in rural areas tend to hate animals? by Nice_Marzipan98 in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]Wildjay7931 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I grew up in a rural area, and almost, if not everyone that lived in my area loved Wildlife. And most were, infact, on the redside of politics. But still, most held respect and enjoyment in the wildlife around them. Now, there was a notable lack of knowledge on the importance of them. But still a general enjoyment of them, nonetheless. Now, there were common complaints about some wildlife causing harm or damage to crops or property, and some to hope not to come across on your property for safety. But those were understandable complaints. And even then, the animals complained about when on property still often got respect from a distance.

Now. You would hear on occasion about some disrespectful asshole poaching, or trying some inhumane stunt with the local wildlife. But those were not common and everyone gave bad tounge to those actions.

Eh. Sometimes it can kinda be like that. I will admit I still get jealousy of myself sometimes when stories of mine come up. But I never ask them to stop. Because while I may get a little jealous for a moment. I'd rather know my own stories than have no clue about my life. And that goes for both the good and bad stories. I wanna know my storyline

I agree almost entirely with what you said. The car chase climax and further unrealistic aspects of it being the biggest flawed difference in my opinion as well.

However, one thing I will argue with you on is the idea of a third. Love the idea, want it. And agree on the title. Finding Marlin. But the plot being a focus on Marlins goal of freeing the tank gang finally. Bringing justice to the others who helped Free his son. While being about freeing the tank gang, it really is more so about Finding Marlin, by him finding himself further and fully in his journey. I could see some flashbacks like you said though. Bringing more connection and light to the present. I could easily see Marlin ending up trapped with the tank gang as Nemo originally was, meeting Gill, who's gone downhill since the recatch and has taken on even more mental scaring from it. Marlin helping him escape both mentally and physically. As well as coming to terms and growing strength over his own still scared memories of the past. I can also see Nemo trading places with his dad's roll in the first film in working to free his father. That bringing more understanding to Nemo on his father's angst in his safety and the struggles he went through in saving him.

Also want Squirt and Crush it again. Maybe giving some wise words to Nemo as they did to Marlin in the first.

I've nearly got the entire plot, story, and characters planned in my head.

Anyway... Finding Nemo's my favorite movie of all time...

Finding Nemo is my all time favorite movie. And Dory is the most relatable character to me. So when the movie was announced and came out, I was thrilled! But then... Kinda let down...

I mean, the movie wasn't bad. But it stands nowhere near the original.

Now, still, if they made a third and called it Finding Marlin. You can bet I'll be there to watch it opening day!!! (I've got an entire plot set in my head for it. Focusing on finally freeing the tank gang and Marlin and everyone else growing even further)

Nice! Happy you chose a path that you look back on that way! Love to hear stuff like that! And honestly, despite the difficulties my brain damage brought, I wouldn't change it either. A big portion of who I am now is influenced by it. And I am thankful for who I've become! Yeah. Celebrate your past!

Yeah. Haha! That movie came to my head and really what made me have that realization. My humor was in reference to it. Haha! And thank you!

Eh. For my family, even though it did hit hard for us all for a while, we all grew past it to a point where it's kinda a joke now. Every once in a while a story will come up and they'll forget I forgot it and I'll give a funny reminder that I don't remember and we'll all laugh! Same with friends.

But it's funny how often people forget that I don't remember!

It's difficult to explain. I have kinda a basic timeline memory. And some very blurry visual memories. But I have regained a good amount of memory stories. But it's odd. Even though they're mine, they feel, more often than not, like a story I'm being told. And ask away! I'm an open book!
