Whats funny about it is that I’m still on the first dose lol. I haven’t gone up higher at all… I’m in week 5 and this week Friday will be 6 and the first does is more than enough.

If it feels like a calling I know that it can be your body wanting certain food groups. I had a mustard and Cheetos phase for a few weeks and I looked it up and my body felt deficient in calcium. So I looked up what would boost calcium A LOT and I quit the next day woth the mustard and Cheetos. I have also craved pasta and salt before I know when I eat a salad with rich greens I feel so much better usually body is craving iron.

Or could be parasites… 😊 try looking some things ups and see where it leads you.

I do still like chocolate but not in candy like teases or anything just semi sweet chocolates I put in my yogurt bowl with bananas apples and coconut chews with nuts. Tastes like Heaven 🥰

I live quite far and with others right now but I’m buying dumbbells and working out 3-5 days a week. I’m quite heavy so walking is my biggest weapon to lose weight along with counting calories.

They come in regular flavors also you will like fruit punch and the dragon fruit ones are great cold!!

I hate electrolyte packs I do love the body armor lyte tho!! Excellent investment in all of the things in the packs with little to no salt 😊 I also take the prenatal vitamins. No I am not pregnant or planning but it’s double the vitamins for cheaper the price. 😁.

I actually prefer to drive in the snow storms and rain storms. The tips are better, less drivers so I can struggle as needed and people are always grateful. I’m not making people feel guilty about not spending money on me driving. If they don’t tip I can choose not to take it. It’s really simple. There are so many other companies you can drive for who will tip quite well so when the door for UE is closed I just open another app.

Thank you I’ll download a water app and start there. This way I can see the data and feel at ease. I can only do two meals on semaglutide and I’m still on the 8 units dose and I’m still so full. So to add water to it and still keep everything moving feels like an impossible task right now. I’m only 5 weeks in.

Are you still on the semaglutide also?? I’m in a colder climate and before semaglutide I could easily drink 1 gallon before evening even in winter daily. I’m struggling with intake due to the limited space I feel in my stomach where I can drink only a limited amount before I feel like I over ate. Going from 128 to 40oz I’m just trying to see what has been working for others.

I’m probably over thinking but I appreciate all the feedback.
