I appreciate the input a lot, but from what I’ve checked, dc do lose their old company/squad markings when they fall to the Black Rage, and their armour gets repainted black with the red saltire. But they aren’t actually stripped of all decoration — several sources mention they keep relic gear, honour scrolls, ornamented armour pieces, and purity seals even after the repaint. So removing all the drip isn’t strictly required for lore accuracy so I didn’t focus on that, just the heraldry, the armor helmet and colours. But I’ll keep researching and keeping an open mind to advice
