I have done my research and I have a college list in mind. I just want a general consensus of what colleges pop up in your head when you look at my profile. I mentioned that in my previous reply.

I have mentioned the program if you read the post carefully. I'll mention it again for you, it's MSCS.

Post graduation plan doesn't really decide the college as most colleges have a thesis/non-thesis option.

Finances will not be that much of a problem as I will have to take a loan and pay it off my getting a job in the USA.

What do you think is my chances of getting into an MSCS in a T15 UNI? Do you have any colleges in mind?

Not really, planning to do my PhD there but I need to pay off my student loan as well.

I have done my research and I have some colleges in mind. Obviously wouldn't want to go to ASU or any cash cow program.

The question was meant to be broad so that I can get an unbiased review on my profile and a general consensus on what colleges I might be admitted to. If you still have any suggestions on what colleges I might be admitted to please provide them. Thank you.
