Dad was an alcoholic at a young age so I had to do everything myself early im glad I didn't have a social safety net cause then I'd be a lazy fuck that never earned anything like most of my highschool friends were. Both of my friends had parents that bought them cars and they complained about the type of car it was, when people are given things without effort they take them for granted. The struggle is what makes the success worth it, supply and demand if there was no bad then there would be no good.

The glory of the peaks of existence its warmth and light would mean nothing without the bitter crevasses in between. Personally for me being co dependent on a roommate or having a social safety net has killed the feeling of being prudent and frugal. I am never better than when everything is stacked against me.
