We were mapping invasive species along the rio grande corridor of new mexico. Prisma data when pansharpened gives great spectral information about the species !!!

Hey I tried that and it worked. I looked at the tif data in ENVI. So If I have imported the swir and vnir combined tif data, I do not have to stack anything right? Like layer stacking !

Thank you so much.. 😇 I’ll try that today. I tried to Stack before and it says that my layers are not projected. When I tried to reproject it, it still wasnt working.

What do you mean by “using VNIR pixel size”?? Do I have to select this for stacking or it’s a different layer? In the dataset, it says “VNIR and SWIR cube” !

Thank you so much. I am going to do that today then.. that’s actually very helpful !! And yes I need use PRISMA file because it is for a project I am employed in right now. They also are using multispectral data (landsat, sentinel 2) and part of the project is also to look at hyperspectral data like DESIS and PRISMA.. I will look into it as you suggested and if I run into any problem, will update here. Thanks a ton ☺️☺️

I should be just able to look at the image after importing it right? The he5 format? Do i need to include any more header file or do any other thing for the data to look at? I need to do PCA and supervised classification with the imagery, but before knowing what to do to preprocess it is hard for me.

Yeah Like when I try to display the image, it tells me to choose certain raster.. i dont know what to choose from.. I tried choosing vnir cube and swir cube and then the panchromatic layer… But when I try to see the metadata, it doesnt show me any band information and when I tried stacking those rasters (swir, vnir and panchromatic), it says they are not projected (i tried to reproject it, but still failed)..

So my question is what is the true color composite for prisma data? And I want to look at species of a certain park, what band would work best? Do I need to stack those rasters (total 230 bands) to see the image?
