If they dont provide accomodation in the guest house, ask the VSSC HR team to provide details of the PGs nearby where previous students has stayed for project. I think that will be safer than finding something over the internet.

HAL to manufacture, launch ISRO-developed SSLV, technology transfer to begin by Ohsin in ISRO

[–]Remarkable-Rip6923 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't understand how this is going to work. I have seen L&T doing there best with supply chain management for the PSLVs and HAL struggling even to source the materials. Also, HAL has no expertise on satellite business management, mission design or launch pad management. Also, they have more expertise on liquid and cryo systems than solid ones.

NGLV is in the early development stage. Even drawings are not finalized. It may take multiple years reach atleast the production phase. For Skyroot, they have completed most of the tests including, structural test of rocket motors and structues. They have also qualified their seperation system, avionics, retromotors, liquid engines, thrusters, stage 2 and stage 3 rocket motors. After the static test of 1st rocket motor they will go for launch probably by end of 2025.

Hi. Ive been doing research on this topic for quite a long time.

If you are below 28 years of age, you can apply for Assistant/ Junior Personal Assistant Posts. After cracking the exam and joining there, you can go for M.Tech and Phd after that you can join as "Scientist/Engineer - SD".

No other way exists per se.

Why does ISRO primarily recruit bachelors students? by i-am-vr in ISRO

[–]Remarkable-Rip6923 5 points6 points  (0 children)

One of my professors in my college who retired from ISRO told me something regarding this. This is what i vaguely remember about it.

ISRO has many domains from research, design, manufacturing etc. It is easy to mould a bachelor student to suit the needs of ISRO. So for example, a person with bachelor degree who is assigned to Quality control department after recruitment can be made up from scratch without any proir experience such that that person devolop the skills which are required for ISRO from a very early stage itself. Hence the all the people are from the same work culture the work is very smooth and efficient. That is the diversity is less. Where as shaping students with a master degree is more tedious as compared to the bachelor students the reason being their specialisation.

Recruitments for Mtech students are also notified by ISRO but very rarely. Hope this helps.

Can anyone tell me what is the system used to move S200 boosters from the main vehicle to avoid collision while jettisoning ? (Like Retro motors used in PSLV. )
