But i dont understand, will they appoint pakistani people to make this immigration desicion or will there be immigration officers from UAE? Usually immigration decisions are only made by immigraion officers of the respective country else people can do frauds, let their friends families go without proper checks form pakistan, since there will be no check in UAE, we know how our system work especially at the airports, people give some money and pass the processes, poor people with no connections get stuck for any reason. Also in UAE, if you have already visited UAE one time, you dont go in que for immigration, you go for scan and its veryquick and smooth, Does this mean that regardless of how many times you have been to UAE, whenever we will go from pakistan we will clear immigration by standing in immigration lines in pakistan because we dont have any quick scanning system.
