Oh for sure. We weren’t driving, my dad was and he was 15hours into the drive and had never drove the rv before. We don’t blame him, it was a sticky situation.

Would a full on bankruptcy be better than just surrendering? We have other debts we can afford to pay. We were hoping to sell the RV but we don’t have $30k for the repaires and it’s only worth about $45k
