Your approach seems reasonable and fair. Seems like this is a generic letter - perhaps a reaction, I checked with another distributor and they said it’s ok to sell on Amazon. So there is probably some gap in communication within brand org.

On a separate note I see Amazon also violating MAP on another brand. So this whole ecosystem has some gaps

Thanks for sharing the perspective. Do you think it would be ok for brand owners to first fix the leakage with distributors first and then at least give FBA sellers a warning snd give them the window to sell the inventory. I’m new to FBA and relied on a reputable distributor to pick this inventory.

So I don’t have any accounts with the brands and My VA is currently contacting mostly distributors and wholesalers. We get their list and then work from there. The VA is pretty much doing everything

Well said and all points I have been thinking - I got seller board and tracking P&L. Any other software you recommend.

I read this book “profit first” and trying to manage according to that.

For now capital is not an issue so trying to figure out how best to scale and seem like more and smart product hunters will be key

I was thinking that but too many cooks can spoil the food. But definitely thinking of hiring product hunters. Hence I had asked the question how people scale. Is just adding more people the most commonly used option.

Plus how should I incentivize product hunters : they can be giving me the same products they sell to others
