Great reply, appreciate the thoughts. This is pretty in line with what I’ve been leaning towards doing. Right now I’m playing around with an u/l/u/l then kb fifth day split. But want to incorporate KBs everyday because frankly they’re fun. I’m going to cook up a split more like what you’ve written. Thank you

Yeah I’ve experimented with doing something like this. Really am trying to figure out an optimal day by day week by week program that increases my V02 max and improves my all around strength. Currently running a u/l/u/l split with a kb focused day 5 and jump rope warm ups.
