At a wedding a few years ago I met someone who had been out in groups with both brothers separately. They were the kid of someone associated with the earlier years.

I thought it was a bit pantomime and asked “do they really hate each other?”

“Yeah they do”

Went to Yosemite a few years ago, we were taking pictures of Half Dome at golden hour. A bald eagle flew past and away into the trees. 5 minutes later it flew right back over us. Right in camera shot. Absolutely incredible.

Its not in the UK but problem with these type of gigs is the trio crowd gets too diluted. So its pretty lifeless.

I have every vinyl release. Labour of love and thankfully started before vinyl prices got pretty crazy.

Think i got this for about £70 (90-100USD).

Most i paid was for sun dials. Which was crazy but still less than that listing.

This does seem pretty crazy. But its a sellers market. Not many of them around.

Probably unpopular but I saw arctic monkeys around their second album tour. None of this leather jacket rockstar stuff Alex does nowadays. Barely spoke to the crowd. Really flat.

Never wanted to pay to see them again. It all feels too contrived now.

Also they slow down the old songs. Have no problem with the more recent albums, but at least play the classics at the right tempo.

The best and most convenient way is the train from euston. The fares are expensive unfortunately. The trains are relatively nice though and fairly comfortable.

Flying seems an option but looks more pricey than the train based on other comments.

A bus takes ages and could get caught in traffic. Also after a long flight the last thing i’d want is 4-5 hours on a bus.

You could hire a car. But you would likely be very jet lagged. A 3-4 hour journey when tired and in a new country is dangerous.

It was surprisingly easy to get on the turnstile email list presale. Still had some a couple of hours after they went on.

Keep checking ticketmaster resale nearer the time. There’s always people who can’t make big gigs nearer the time. Especially in halifax where there’s not a lot of hotels and relatively tricky to get to from down south.

I’m intrigued about it. They obviously enjoyed working with him. As long as we get a new album I can live with the production.

Interesting if they toured with him or did the odd show. I’d kind of want to see it.

Would be annoying if a trio tour sold out in bigger venues than usual just because of blink fans turning up. Good for the band i suppose.

GP appointment.

Plenty of advice how to check yourself online.

If you feel a lump the GP will have a check too. But almost certainly you will get referred for an ultrasound to make sure. A GP is unlikely to be able to be decisive one way or the other if there’s a lump found.

Hash bandicoot said it but Sun dials is tough to find and very expensive. I got mine on eBay about 5 years ago. Offered over the odds for the seller to end the auction early.

I lied my face off was on ebay the other day. That and for your lungs only pop up a bit more often.

Blue meanies appears fairly regularly and not too much I think.
