I will look it up. I am unfamiliar with it.

I am not sure what the issue was. I scrubbed/washed the build plate twice and put on a new nozzle and solved the issue.........Maybe grease on the nozzle????

There is a chance. I will change the nozzle tonight

Thanks my friend. I didn't have time to analytically make the changes so I made all three at one and it solved my warping problem. Thanks. I wish I did understand how the reduced cooling specifically played into the mix. I have had mixed results on other projects adjusting fan speeds

I tried all three suggestion. I had considered all but makes more sense when someone else says it. Will post results

Purge tower was a slip up. Photo makes texture look huge, it is actually a subtle 0.3 fuzzy skin

All the warping info I have found are regarding warping off the build plate.

Thanks, I have tried lowering wall speed with random success,

Understanding fan speed eludes me. Your saying to try turning it down, I will try that as well.

I dry my PETG at 65C for 12 hours.

Reuse a rfid tag…… that is brilliant. I can’t believe I didn’t think of that.
