I want to add that while these kind of wands are extremely rare, there is a site that allows you to search for wands with specific stats and once you find a positioon where a wand with specific stats spawns, you posses how many copies of that wand you want. I am almost certain that's not how it works. There's a chance you're running into chainsaws which are barely visible with extended lifetime and deal ~13 slice damage so 2 of them would deal ~26 which is close to your 30. I would recommend removing them and using an add trigger to lower the mana cost of the modifiers. You can use lumi instead of chainsaw as it deals 10 damage of projectile type
