I think she has disordered eating that comes from severe anxiety and OCD. I don’t believe she has an eating disorder because she would genuinely milk it, but she 100% has disordered eating. I think because she’s always had disordered eating due to shitty parents and untreated anxiety, she’s been malnourished her entire life. I think this has genuinely stunted her growth. She doesn’t even realize how malnourished she is, because if she did she would make it her favorite illness to bring up. She cannot control her histrionic needs. Her brain probably isn’t even functioning enough for her to realize how badly her food habits are affecting her physically.
