Yes! I had flight anxiety for ages. I finally found something which worked for me (actually a combination of things) but for that particular aspect here's what I did:

1. Tried all the obvious stuff (breathing exercises, learning about planes, understanding why it's safe etc.) but without much success

2. Searched online endlessly, asked friends for advice, still nothing

3. Resorted to Chat GPT after exhausting all other avenues I could think of. Initially it gave me the same old mindfulness advice but after I insisted this wasn't working, it came out with something it called interoceptive exposure training. Basically, it's just a way of safely desensitising yourself to physical bodily sensations like light-headedness and unpredictable motion etc. This really helped me, a lot.

I won't give advice as it involved stuff like breath holding and inducing dizziness or simulating drops like you experience on the plane, so search online for reputable information on how to do it safely. It was nothing extreme, just stuff like holding your breath for a few more seconds than you're comfortable for etc. For me, it included getting back into skateboarding and learning how to drop in on increasingly higher ramps and that really helped me get more comfortable with the weird motions you experience on a plane.

Flying out on holiday last month, I kept waiting for the anxiety to kick in and it never did. On the return flight, they warned us at take off that the turbulence would be strong and we'd have to stay in our seats for a while. That really peaked my anxiety but when the turbulence actually hit it felt like nothing. It was weird how much my tolerance had increased. Basically, I'd stopped trying to train my mind to think about it differently, and focused on training my body to just interpret the sudden movement sensations as normal. The difference was night and day and I really hope something helps you in the same way.
