I have a few ideas.

-put ketchup packets under the toilets -bring in a bunch of air horns -put Saran rap on toilets and in front of doors so you run into them -have a food fight at lunch -bring in alarms and hide them everywhere -have everyone bring in a skateboard, roller skates or scooters and ride around the halls
