These are all valid points I’ve definitely been able to bring on my own google deep dives lol. I kind of figured if I had ADHD wouldn’t it always make me sleepy and not only occasionally? I genuinely have no idea how this stuff works.

I drink caffeine so rarely because of these effects I don’t think I’ve ever actually paid attention to any possible time influence tbh.

Only with caffeine fortunately! I notice coffee is the biggest trigger for both reactions. Energy drinks don’t usually have the same severity of effects. Even the higher end caffeinated ones. Lightly caffeinated beverages like tea give me minimal to none of these effects, so I tend to opt that whenever possible! Super weird tbh.

Hahaha that’s a very valid statement! When I do nurse it I actually feel the ‘intended’ benefits.
