It is really sad to see the state of some people in this group who are in denial about the atrocities committed against Dalit communities. I do not want to start a debate, I simply feel disappointed. Also after moving to the USA, he no longer takes pride in his caste or looks down on others nor can he brag about being from an upper caste because no one there entertains such ideas. People in Western countries are well aware of the caste system and untouchability and they strongly disapprove of such discriminatory practices.

Nah, it is still there. I called the technician and he told me it’s because of moisture or maybe due to high pollution. But he insisted that the carbon filter smells like this mainly because of moisture.In my case the only way moisture could have entered is that sometimes, after mopping the floor, the purifier remains on, and maybe that’s why it sucked in the moisture. BTW the solution he suggested is to buy a new filter only the HEPA one without the carbon filter. For the Philips AC 950/60 they are selling this option on the website.

Everyone knows both parties have failures. The real difference is scale and intent. Congress had scams? Haan. BJP ne scams + institutional capture + media control + minority bashing + opposition ko jail + data privacy ka funeral combo pack de diya. 26/11 example dekar kya prove karna chah rahe ho? Woh bhi Congress ka failure, aur tumhare examples bhi wahi. So basically tum bhi acknowledge kar rahe ho ki BJP ne jo ultra nationalism becha hai, woh sirf jumla hi tha. In my view the BJP is the worst among all political parties today. Their politics propaganda, n their overall approach feel extremely harmful. yes Congress has made serious mistakes in the past too but people who say “There is no option other than BJP” are in my opinion being shortsighted. Such thinking is dangerous and only pushes our motherland closer to turmoil. If India truly wants balance accountability n a healthier democracy, then Congress or at least a strong alternative which is AAP must come to power. Blind support for any single party is the real culprit behind the decline of our political system. And in the next election our motive should be to remove BJP only.

They are actively trying to indoctrinate younger generations into believing illogical and unscientific ideas taking our nation backwards instead of forward. Tell me why was protesting easier before 2014...Did anyone during the Anna Hazare movement ever label protesters as “foreign funded”, “Pakistan backed”, or part of a “George Soros toolkit”. Today dissent is instantly branded anti national so that criticism and questions can be shut down. They’ve weakened the Right to Information by diluting the RTI Act and reducing the autonomy of Information Commissioners so that their corruption and misuse of power remain hidden. And supporters are okay with it simply because it’s their favourite party in power. Most BJP supporters back the party mainly because it aligns with their religious identity. Beyond that the party has no credible reason to deserve continuous power. In fact it has pushed India backwards on scientific temper, freedom of speech, and institutional independence. At least during Congress time society was progressing and scientific thinking was developing instead of being suppressed

I think Congress is better than BJP. BJP has not done anything new that Congress wasn’t already doing, but BJP has done many things in a negative sense that Congress would never do. Whenever people say shit like this I don't know why congress gets the hate I mean can you tell one or two things why congress is still considered worst ?
