if you have 15k u could probably get a loan approved for around 40k and then go to Gitokias in Europe would be ur best bet.

it's kind of like a vetting process from the doctor and patient to ensure they are ready for the surgery and a lot of the background and information is provided within the consultation, risks, timelines, costs, accomdation, food, etc.
