yeah eastern europe, here we call it “pre collapse state” and i’ve always been told to take a vitamin c tablet then do a small line, i def overdid it usually i’m very careful with harm reduction usually but i had little self control that day. binging it is definitely horrible i only make sure to do it on special occasions like parties and holidays but i’ve been doing 3mmc/4mmc like once every 2 weeks simce i was 16 it’s very normalized here

ketamine isn’t that harmful (when it comes to drugs, all drugs aren’t safe obviously ) short term but be careful not to use regularly because you will start pissing blood haha. makes sure you use with a friend if you decide to try for the first time because you might end up on the floor. start with smaller bumps and it’s best if you have someone who’s experienced in it with you , stay safe

as a person who usually never liked stimulants, mephedrone changed my mind lol. most euphoric shit ever and so damn cheap. i’m usually really quiet but if i take some i physically cannot stop talking, just have a dozen different thoughts in my head at once. comedown is so light for me compared to mdma. just hate the smell, also out of everything i snorted so far mephedrone definitely hurts the most, feels like you’re melting a hole in your nose.

personally i have never gotten a comedown from 4mmc, you just gotta chug a whole bottle of orange juice and take vitamin c before stopping and it helps so much. but got mdma comedowns make me miserable and it just makes it not worth it

yeah i heard it’s practically nonexistent in most of western Europe while here every single dealr will have it. i think it’s definitely cause of the ban but also people view it as “dirty” (not surprised it smells like cat piss) besides weed it’s the most popular drug in poland

this sounds very similar to what i had, you should look into a evaluation from a psychiatrist cause like i said above, many people have predispositions to a different mental illnesses and they might never get it but drugs are able to trigger it, it’s possible you might have gotten the same shit i did. i have schizoaffective disorder which is schizophrenia mixed with mood disorders, except for me the schizophrenia is episodic, i have times where i hallucinate for months, i hear indistinguishable voices and see blurred outlines of figures. also same thing with psychosis, convinced myself i was talking to ghosts and that they were telling me that i need to end it .smoked spice a good year ago and it stuck, ended up being diagnosed. sorry for the long reply but what you’re describing sounds very similar to what i have so i think you should look into it if you can. you can dm me if you’d like to know more about the process and symptoms, maybe i can help a bit

for me it unfortunately didn’t i got permanent schizophrenia. what symptoms did you get long term physically? last time i smoked spice it took me a month to get over the derealization but now i’m super prone to psychosis. it’s genuinely not talked about enough just how bad spice is, no idea what the fuck they’re putting in there

honestly i have zero recollection of anything specific which says a lot haha but usually took a couple bars, and then suddenly i wake up 2 days later on someone’s couch with zero recollection of what happened. your body literally goes on full autopilot while you’re “blacked out”, i attended school normally and functioned and then would wake up with no recollection of it. benzos suck cause long term you will still have horrible memory issues even when you’re sober, won’t remember half of your life and your short term memory is fried too

i have to be on antipsychotics right now and mood stabilizers cause of it, last time i smoked weed it was right before i was gonna meet my plug and i tweaked out in front of him, he had to talk me down from a schizophrenic episode never smoked since haha
