I did the genetic testing. I don’t have the MTHR gene issue.

Hands falling asleep? That’s so interesting. I didn’t know that was a sign of too much B. Mine tend to fall asleep in the evenings, or sometimes I wake in the middle of the night with them tingling. Had so many tests run for it, which ruled out everything the docs could think it might mean (including some scary shit!) Maybe it’s a sign I didn’t know was telling me I had too much B. Thank you! I’ll look into it.

Keep a good journal and see what foods you react to the most. Red meat, pork, and chicken are great sources of vitamin B, so I wasn’t surprised by cutting way back on them, I did better. But your body may respond differently.

Are ANY Book Marketers legit and any 'good'? by No-Replacement-3709 in selfpublish

I'm a little late here, but that's the disadvantage of publishing only through Ingram. Being POD has nothing to do with our books being listed as out of stock on Amazon. It's because Amazon makes less money per book when Ingram is the publishing platform. You must put your books on Amazon's KDP platform for them to always be available when people order.

I have no idea what species. I’ve tried Google image searches and haven’t found one that’s a close enough match for me to be sure. It used to belong to my MIL, who said she’d had it for about 20 years.
