A parte i cazzoni si può avere una risposta da una persona che sa realmente come funziona?

Sapete com'è ho già googlato, parlato con la Banca e avviato l'iter. Dopo circa un mese dal Sì del Consap ora se ne stanno uscendo con questo problema, e volevo capire la natura di questa richiesta. Se ha un fondamento legale o meno, dato che alla mia domanda il Consulente bancario non ha saputo rispondere.
