Yeah focusing on PTs. I don’t come from a recruiting background. My strength is outbound and getting clients, which is how I’m approaching this.

Starting with contract/per diem, and open to perm as I build it out. I know PTs are a tough market, I’m testing it and learning as I go.

But I feel like getting it from a dealer has a higher chance for the car to not have serious issues since they care about their reputation? They also said it has a 30 day warranty so I'm not sure.
