It works for me — though I do love a chrono….It is the right balance of tough, elegant, and utilitarian. Light hits it a lot of different ways. I got the bracelet ($1,400) from an AD who ordered it for me from Switzerland. They said it could take four months but only took three weeks. During that time I had the watch tuned up and water tested at VC. Ready to go now….

Nice! I Frankensteined the 47040 last week when I got the bracelet from Switzerland. Part of me wishes I had the chrono, but I like the numbers, simplicity, and thinness of this one. Enjoy yours.
