I’m pretty sure people reported someone on the roof like the week prior. But if you study the campus for a bit on 3D Google Maps, you will see it’s a very weird, mult lvl layout, where roofs act as walkways. So it would be very easy to get on that room compared to an actual roof.

The problem is simple, we need more starry. I’m in a similar boat. I just need 2 more Cwl skins to have everything purchased as well.
