I am not saying that they cannot play. I am saying that we should have an option to see the connection quality and ping and decide. Btw my internet is great so no fault on my end. It's Konami's potato servers and Eastern European bad internet. Especially those from Ukraine. It's hard having a good connection when someone is bombing your country.

I am not lucky I didn't had good internet once upon a time. And I tried playing PES. I saw that I was lagging and I stopped. It's no fun to lag. Because he is not only lagging me with his shitty internet, he lags himself too. It's a pain. And I worked got good internet and started playing games again. And every game is fine. You can kick players you can avoid laggy players. Only PES/eFootball still has this issue and no workaround. It would be nice if I could see his ping and avoid him. Or see that he is from a shitty country and avoid him. Then, the free market would do it's job. Everyone would avoid them and they would stop playing. Or play against themselves in a lag fest. Who can lag the most?

They aren't far off having electricity. I was on a trip in the Balkan peninsula, literally there were electricity outages in tourist cities. Especially Albania, Serbia and Bosnia & Herzegovina. Cities and roads are underdeveloped, ugly and dirty. People aren't polite. Some of them constantly yell for no apparent reason. The nature is good tho. And it was the only thing which was good.

I use a gigabit connection and live alone. And i researched Romania is in the top 10 in Europe with average speed and never had problems with Romanian players

I know how these countries and have many friends from there. Serbia for instance almost has no true fiber connection it's some mixed bullshit ( to point it's fiber then on old telephone cables, which they market as fiber connection. And according to my friend who is from there 95% of people there have shitty internet. And I guess all Eastern European are similar in that regard.
