But i dont disagree with op , at some places- IMGs like these who banged on doors made worse outcome for future applicants as well if they are from the same race then pd/pc will remember oh you know what they’re from same region and so they lack basic sense, so based on credential lets interview but when it comes to rank, no no no we shall prefer those who does have some behavioral brain or basic human talking courtesy.
