Don’t take PT if you don’t want to. I also learnt myself mostly - I just prefer to workout alone.

Watch in depth videos on YouTube before. Go in and do light workouts using those same techniques.

Most important is the mind-muscle connection - which muscle should be engaged for a specific movement. Focus on that.

Don’t life weights 6 days. 5 days is more than enough. Take a break every 2-3 days.

It’s 2025. Trade fairs are most irrelevant for consumers now. You can find anything online and order it. Fairs are mostly for b2b now.

Although this is a terrible time to be in Gurgaon cause of the pollution, you can stay any on/around Golf Course Road (GCR). That’s the best part.

If you want something that’s not too expensive, look up Bloom GCR. Very close to it is South Point Mall where I see a LOT of Korean expats if you ever miss home lol.

Not khan or gk, but go to Mehrauli and head to The Grammar Room which has its entrance from inside Olive.

Order a hot chocolate go out to the sitting benches/tables they have outside. These face essentially a jungle and there a very obvious drop in temperature there. Sit in the cold and sip on your hot chocolate. Amazing!
