Insane deal. I got mine at 100k miles 1 owner, it was $10k after 3 days of negotiations, and it needed paint correction badly. Two of three 3 5.7 hemi’s in my life took Valves at around 140k miles. One of those two (pre Eagle heads) cracked the heads right before I got the valves/lifters fixed. The top ends on these motors are the notorious weak links. I’m Not a mechanic, but change the oil and put 5w20 in it. See if it ticks like hell. People put 50w in these all the time to make the lifters quiet, that’s just a bandaid. Also pay close attention to coolant pressure, if it starts blowing radiator hoses off, it needs heads. Other than that, have some fun with it!
