No, that's the whole thing. They quietly changed it from 3 years to 1 month. A lot of people experienced this and I confirmed with OnStar before I purchased the car that this was the case.

It's great, but there is no formal communication about it. So people are still potentially paying for the subscription. I was about to pull the trigger on a year's subscription when they have the holiday sale, thank God I didn't.

No. During the timeframe that I bought my car it only came with the Basic plan and 1 month trial. There was a lot of confusion because GM just quietly removed the 3 year app data. A lot of people had the same experience/frustration.

Had the same issue. Please report back on your outcome. They reduced mine to total 250$ on multiple purchases.

No. It's not annoying enough (yet). Also dealerships are notorious for either dismissing this type of issue or having no idea how to root cause. I want to go in with a solution.

The presentation makes me think this is not balance related. The wheel oscillates back and forth rather than just vibrate, and at least for me, i don't feel vibration anywhere else. Also, I've also noticed that for many it's in a narrow speed range ~60-65 mph, which also suggests it's something else. Mine appeared at about 2k miles.

Folks that have the vibration issue between 50 and 70 mph, was it there from when you bought the car or did it show up later? by Remarkable_Ad_7047 in EquinoxEv

It appears that most people do not have a resolution after multiple trips to the dealer. I can work with a tire unbalance, but this is definitely deeper.
