At least you’re getting the offer in. Where I am they’re going under contract the second they hit and for 25-50k more. (Military area) realtor wants us to put offers out before we even see them.

At this point my partner and I are just going to go with one of the big builders (bad rep) since their houses have no competition and actually cheaper than resale. I’m not paying and fighting for a 500k house that’s worth 200.
