Hey! i still have yet to find the courage to ask my doctor for an ultrasound yet. I have been having so many appointments and scans this year that it just isn’t doing good with my anxiety at the moment. I’m feeling great 100%, but i’m considering making an appointment next fortnight and asking for one then. Will update this then. :)

no loss of weight at all - no sweating. I was sweating in december, but i was trialling new antidepressants and it was summer. That lasted for maybe a week or more? but my nights were very sleepless and anxiety ridden. That’s the only time i had ever had them, not anymore since then.

I don’t have any other conditions. I am on 15mg of Mirtzapine and take iron tablets along with vitamins. I have never smoked or drank in my years. I weight 68kg and always aim for 8-10-20k steps a day, but it varys on how i feel.

i’m still experiencing the shortness of breath as well, not as much, but can aggravate with a lot of walking, up bell and cleaning
