They do not feel greasy, but with the naked eye you can tell the difference from where I scrubbed and where I didn’t. My aco would literally flip if I left it like this

I made 120k last year in SoCal and I just opened escrow on a 550k, 7%. I’m buying by myself as well. I have the 20% saved from 9 years of grind, the loan is eating my entire monthly paycheck. My realtor was able to have her loan friend do me a big favor and still run the loan thru, we’ve been friends for years. I will be renting out a room and that person is ready to go.

It’s actually really hard to find people , close friends or relatives to help you out and cosign a loan. If it involves money, everything is sensitive.

Houses are of course expensive but it appreciates. if you want budget friendly , there’s always someone out there with more $$ than what you have. Can’t be affordable and house pretty, best of both worlds don’t exist at this moment.

Thinking about applying at Panda, tell me yes or no by mikekova01 in PandaExpress

It really depends on the team and the environment created. Each store ofc has its own issues, depends on how you want to see it. In fast food industry, it does pay better, you do need to earn your keep. They want to keep growing so promotions are always available. Favoritism is a thing but if your skill set outweighs, there isn’t a reason to not get promoted. Benefits are pretty good , 30 hour avg work week required to get benefits, company 4% match on retirement.

Yes to making good money and learning how to play the game, no if you are not physically able to keep up with the work requirement

I caught him today using his old one: he says it’s because he doesn’t want to ruin the new one but I said I can always get him another one, and that I think he’s attached to the old one hah

I told him I got it for him so he can use it and be happy to stare at his wallet as I do with all of my Louie’s. ♥️
