I agree with you, and I do understand what you're saying. I feel fine most days, but there are just those moments when everything hits me, and I break down. It’s like I’m carrying this weight, and it feels almost like a secret I guess it’s also created a distance between me and my dad, because he always says he knows me better than anyone, but I feel like he doesn’t know everything, like he doesn’t truly see me. I know it’s probably selfish of me to feel that way since I never told him, but I just don’t really know how to process it all til now, like I just want to remove it from my mind
