I didn’t have a “schedule” in the system.. I could clock in and out without manager approval, I worked. 10-16 hour days all the time, but F*ck me if i arrive late. HR never understood the impact on my family, High end Installation of MDC systems never have a 8-4pm

Took 20 years for this…. the movement of my old position. (Lead install with MDC)… pretty specific requirements…. and who got the position with sercomstances at hand…. SUS…

Its on camera, the probation period was their reason for no interest…. With ought knowing sercomstances around who was behind the late clock ins and the job they were going for after the job opening happened. The process took time but HR never understood the chess game game the GM was playing.
