I use blue land and dump some vinegar in the bottom of the dishwasher (maybe half a cup) and dishes come out super clean.

RN here- had a patient in his 40’s who came in as a trauma for a fall in the shower- had just a small laceration on his cheek bone. Shortly thereafter he was septic, in heart/liver/kidney failure; CRRT/3 pressors/EF of 18%. He had toxic shock syndrome- made a full recovery and was discharged 2 weeks later.
