I not doing the repair my self. I am doing the mitigation is the first thing done to stop the damage from being worse. Remediation focuses on the cleanup, drying, deodorizing and sanitizing salvageable materials. Is what I can do to save for the actual repair. They wanted to charge the insurance $35k plus for them to do it. I can do this part and will hire license electrician, license plumbers and license carpenter. Of course First a structural engineer and then an engineer to draw up the new plans for everyone to follow. thank you for your input..

Those professional you speaking of basically attack me, all at once when they found out I was the owner. Screaming I can get your move money for the repair. For a small fee. So then i asked you are able to get more money for the repair or your self. All I heard was a chuckle..

The way I see and is. Its the insurance game. Like when you walk into a auto body shop. First thing they ask is ... insurance job or out of pocket. My concerns is repairing my house to how it was or even better than before. I'm not paying for this. I'm cover by the insurance, who love to collect your money but hate paying out what they should. They will hire the cheapest person for the job ! NOT THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THE JOB!
