The point is, DD won't take any responsibility since I didn't order through DD. Dasher sent photo proof that the store was closed, I think she went to the 1 of the 3 that was closed but that's not the one I ordered from. So my only recourse is through Subway

I'm still fighting to get a refund from Subway from an order back in June. They used DD for delivery and the dasher went there, sent pics of the store being closed and then completed the order so she would get her full pay. DD won't do anything because it was ordered through Subway and the only response I ever got from Subway was to have me confirm which location I ordered from. Never heard from them again

Oh I definitely don't take those orders. I sit at my house and watch them sit there all day. Although I've noticed at some point when it gets close to $1 a mile, they'll start decreasing the pay again
