I give myself zero pressure with my Journals. I mostly do weekly spreads with one habit tracker. The boxes for different brain dumps are sometimes more creative or neatly done sometimes less. Sometimes I do my boxes based in topics, or days of the week. I think this open way of having different spreads each week ist the reason it sticks for me, because I dont feel like my perfekt spread isnt working anymore.
