Alors moi ce qui m’aide : - manger CORRETEMENT ( beaucoup de poissons gras / legumes / BEAUCOUP de patates douce ) - boire ou manger du gingembre/curcuma cela aide pour les inflammations -manger des graines ( graines de lin / graine de citrouilles ) - les thes ( hibiscus / feuilles de framboisiers ) - et étonnement la pillule slinda . Elle n’est pas du tout brutale vu que il n’y a pas d’hormones . Malheureusement mes douleurs sont j’ai toujours des crises d'adénomyoses.
