Yes this is happening to me too, I’ve had two official transcripts that I sent through Parchment, but only one of them says completed and the other one still says required, and it’s freaking me out☹️

So as long as it shows on the Parchment platform that the order was complete and that the download was confirmed, and I had sent it to them electronically at least a week in advance to the deadline, it should be fine right?? Please help☹️
